When I travelled across South America, I survived on a diet of banana milkshakes. So I was interested in trying these Bolivian-made quinoa cookies, courtesy of Punku Quinoa Foods.
The brand, which has recently launched in the UK, is headed up by Bolivian-born Patricia Estivariz, who now lives here.
