Provena has launched a range of home-baking and breakfast products that are made from pure oats and are 100% gluten free, including all purpose flours, baking mixes, cereal and muesli, instant oat meal and porridge.

Oat protein doesn’t contain the type of gluten found in wheat, rye or barley because it comes from a different family of cereals.
