Now we love a gluten free product that not only tastes good but does good. So we were really interested to hear about Miss Macaroon, a company started by Rosie Ginday who wanted to combine her passion for beautiful handcrafted food with a desire to help disadvantaged young adults in her local area, Birmingham.

These beautifully coloured macaroons make perfect gifts and wedding favours, and sales from the macaroons are used to fund catering classes and courses for marginalised young people from deprived areas of the city. Read the rest of this entry »
