Gluten Free Baking Courses at The Cookery School
Dr Vivien D’Arcy has joined the team for these new one day gluten free baking courses to share her passion and knowledge for all things gluten-free. Vivien has been cooking gluten-free and dairy-free cuisine for 5 years, and for 2 years she has been running a successful gluten-free bakery business.
If you are gluten intolerant or know someone who is gluten intolerant and want to perfect the art of gluten-free baking then this course is ideal for you.
The course will guide you through the recipes and processes in creating perfect gluten-free cakes, bread and pastries. All recipes on this course are dairy free so it is also suitable for those that are dairy intolerant too.
Below are the kind of things you will learn how to bake though they may differ on the day.
- Gluten free scones: plain, sultana or date & walnut
- Gluten free lemon meringue tartlets
- Gluten free victoria sponge
- Gluten free bread served with a delicious gluten-free courgette with watercress and pecorino pesto soup
The cost of the one day course is £135 and the course starts at 9am. You can also buy course vouchers for a friend.
