Now for something completely different. Hotch Potch Eggs are scotch eggs with a twist.  Made with gluten free pork mixed with a delicious range of locally sourced fresh ingredients including olives, sweet peppers, apricots these were so popular at the show there were none left by the time we got there but everyone else was raving about them. Selfridges have put an order in.

Venice Bakery

One of the stands that was permanently packed was Venice Bakery. Probably something to do with the free gluten free pizza they were giving away. Always a winner. New to the UK, their award winning gluten free pizza bases are perfect for creating tasty pizzas at home. Just add sauce and load with your favourite toppings. Large pizza bases are £3.79, small pizza bases cost £3.59 and at the moment they’re only available from the Venice Bakery website. Hopefully they’ll be available in our favourite stores soon.

Ten Acre

Last but not least we got our mitts on the brilliantly named and super tasty Ten Acre crisps.  Flavours include The Day Sweet and Sour Became Friends; The Secrets of Mr Salt; When Bombay Got Spicy; and How Chicken Soup Saved the Day. MSG free, gluten free and dairy free these crisps are hand-cooked with love. Check out the stories behind each flavour too. Very funny.

Not sure where these are available to buy though or how much they cost. Perhaps the nice people at Ten Acre can let us know?
